Shrimp Pasta

I did take pictures this time. Here is the update with pictures. It was so quick and semi-homemade I was impressed by me, lol.

Ingredients

Ragu home-style alfredo sauce
2 teaspoons of finely chopped garlic
olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
any size shrimp 1lb peeled ready to eat
linguini pasta
1/2 cup grape tomatoes halved
1 bunch baby spinach ( add more if you like)
pepper to taste.

1. cook pasta according to directions and serving you will need. I used the whole box since I made this for 5!
2. in a sauté pan add your butter with just a little olive oil. The olive oil keeps the butter from browning too quickly have your heat on med-high. To your heated butter/oil add your garlic and then your shrimp. cook for about 5 minutes just long enough for the garlic and butter flavor the shrimp. Now add your tomatoes and spinach. cook until wilted.
3. add your jar of alfredo sauce and stir until the butter and olive oil blend in.
4. as it warms through add pepper to taste.
5. once it warms through drain pasta and add the sauce to the pasta and mix through. Its ready to serve.

Enjoy.
